4. How are videos reviewed?
Our team reviews all submitted content and performance metrics inside Growi to confirm:

5. Do I need to submit my videos anywhere?
No manual submission is required. We track performance directly through TikTok Shop and Growi. If we need anything additional, we will contact you.
6. What if my sample doesn’t arrive before launch?
You must request your sample by July 13th to ensure delivery before launch. If shipping delays occur, notify us immediately so we can advise next steps.
7. Can I post more videos than the tier requirements?
Yes — and we encourage it. More posts = more chances to convert and reach Tier 3 performance bonuses.
8. Do organic sales count toward GMV?
Yes. All tracked TikTok Shop sales tied to your content count toward GMV and conversion goals.
9. Do Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonuses stack?
No. Tier bonuses do not stack. If you qualify for Tier 2, you will receive the Tier 2 bonus only (not Tier 1 + Tier 2 combined). Each creator will be paid based on the highest tier achieved during the campaign period.
