1. How do I get paid?

All prizes and creator payouts are tracked and processed through Growi. Once payment is issued you will receive an email from Growi prompting you to claim your payout. If you have not connected your bank account yet, you will need to do so to receive payment.

2. When do I get paid?

Payments are issued after:

• The campaign period ends (A few days after the deadline of Tier 2)

• All qualifying videos are reviewed and approved

• Please allow a short processing window after verification for payments to be sent.

3. Can any of the videos vary slightly from the angles and hooks provided?

No. To qualify for prize, videos must follow the required angles and required

hooks. Deviations, different messaging, or using a new angle/hook will disqualify the video

from payout eligibility. Think of these as proven templates — replication is key to winning.

4. How are videos reviewed?

Our team reviews all submitted content and performance metrics within Growi to determine

eligibility for Tiers and payouts. Review includes, but are not limited to:

• Angle & hook compliance

• Posting requirements

• Conversion & GMV performance

• Overall content quality, including lighting, audio quality, camera quality, editing, clarity,

and production value

• Brand fit and alignment with client expectations

Please note that all content is evaluated at our sole discretion. Approval is not based solely on posting or performance metrics. Content must meet our requirements, quality standards and be deemed an appropriate fit for the brand. We will not review content until after the campaign period ends. 

We are committed to delivering the highest-quality content to our clients. As a result, content that

is low quality, poorly produced, contains inadequate lighting or audio, does not use our requirements or does not align with the brand, or otherwise fails to meet our standards may be rejected and will not be eligible for Payouts.

5. Can you film in batches?

Yes! You are welcome to batch film your content, but each video should feel individually planned, filmed, and edited. Batch filming should not result in repetitive or low-effort content.

To maintain content quality:

• Videos should have visual variation (different locations, angles, framing, activities, or setups when appropriate).

• Avoid submitting multiple videos where you are wearing the exact same outfit, sitting in the exact same position, using the exact same shots, and simply changing the hook.

• Each video should have its own creative execution, even when using the provided hooks/scripts.

• Do not rush through filming simply to complete the required number of videos. Quality and effort are more important than speed.

• Videos that appear to be mass-produced or minimally differentiated may be rejected for the Tier prizes, even if they technically follow the provided script and hooks.

6. Do I need to submit my videos anywhere?

No manual submission is required. You are able to post content/spark codes in the Discord channel but we track performance directly through TikTok Shop and Growi. If we need anything additional, we will contact you. 

7. What if my sample doesn’t arrive before launch?

You must request your sample by the sample deadline to ensure delivery before launch. We will not accept samples after the deadline period. If shipping delays occur, notify us immediately so we can advise next steps.

8. Can I post more videos than the tier requirements?

Yes — and we encourage it. More posts = more chances to convert and reach Tier 3 performance

prizes.

9. Do organic sales count toward GMV?

Yes. All tracked TikTok Shop sales tied to your content count toward GMV and conversion

goals.

10. Do Tier 1 and Tier 2 stack?

No. Tier prizes do not stack. If you qualify for Tier 2, you will receive the Tier 2 prize only

(not Tier 1 + Tier 2 combined). Each creator will be paid based on the highest tier achieved

during the campaign period.

11. Can I post on multiple accounts?

No. Please only post your content on the TikTok account linked to Growi. You’re only permitted to post on one account. All content must remain visible to us on Growi once the campaign ends in order to qualify for your payout.

12. Who Can I Ask Questions To?

Please reach out to an admin through Discord if you have any questions. However, the brief should answer most questions and provide step-by-step instructions to guide you through creating your content. Please review the brief thoroughly before reaching out for additional support.
