2) Write the ICP in five bullets (timer on)
Open a doc and draft five bullets—no paragraphs:
- Category: your niche (and one adjacent you’ll accept)

- Audience band: rough range (e.g., 10k–150k)
- Cadence & recency: posting weekly, active in last 14–30 days
- Region: only where you can actually sell/ship
